What is your history with football?

My children have been playing soccer since they were very young and I love to kick the ball with them and cheer them on in their matches. I have always volunteered and helped out with their school teams, being a Team Manager mostly, I love being part of their Beautiful game! My other half is from the UK originally and is a passionate football supporter and still plays in an Amateur league, and does coaching at our kids primary school teams. My eldest son joined Blackwood Forest when he started highschool a couple of years ago and loves it! I joined the committee and they are a fantastic bunch of people, without volunteers like them ,our kids would be stuck on the couches with no where to play soccer.

What is your favourite football moment?

I loved watching the Socceroos win against Japan in the World Cup 2006 (tv) and have been a huge fan of the Socceroos ever since - particularly Tim Cahill!

What is your favourite AHJSA moment?

I just love to watch my son play with Blackwood Forest whenever I can, he has come a long way and received a Most improved Trophy at our soccer presentation this year!

What does being involved in the AHJSA mean to you?

I enjoy being part of the AJHSA and we are looking forward to a great year in 2021.
