What is your favourite football moment?

Just playing and being around football. I’ve played socially and seriously at a reasonable level and love all aspects of being involved in such a wonderful team game.

What is your favourite AHJSA moment?

Watching our boys take out the U12D country championships at Strath. It was that moment when the carnival bug bit hard for Kye and he has loved being in the reps system ever since.

What does being involved in the AHJSA mean to you?

I am passionate about the game and what it can bring into the life of kids and communities. I want to contribute to an inclusive and positive football culture in the hills and help the sport grow in any way I can. For me it isn’t just about performance development and pathways for talented kids. It is about creating opportunities for kids to grow and thrive in a positive sporting culture.

Anything else?

The AHJSA has a fantastic opportunity to grow and prosper. We live in a beautiful part of the world. Our community is growing and we have access to great coaches, top notch facilities and a range of competitions to play in. I want to be a part of a committee that invests in grass roots participation and that builds great pathways for kids to develop as players and people.
